- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference) 
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional, for extra depth) 
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (balances the flavors)

      - Heat & Infuse: In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes over low heat. Stir and let it warm gently for about 3 minutes—don’t let it boil. 
- Enhance the Flavor: Stir in the hot sauce and vinegar, if using. Let the mixture sit for another minute to meld. 
- Strain & Store: Remove from heat and strain out the pepper flakes if you prefer a smooth finish. Pour into a clean glass jar and let it cool before sealing.
